1. What Resvail Does

Resvail provides tools for photographers to upload, store, organize, and deliver photo galleries to clients. We offer cloud storage, gallery delivery, portfolio creation, and related features.

2. Who Can Use Resvail

You must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Create an account with accurate information
• Follow all local laws when using our service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your Content

You own all photos, files, and content you upload to Resvail.

By uploading content, you give us permission to:

• Store your content
• Process it to deliver galleries, previews, and downloads to clients
• Display it within your account and client gallery links

We never claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring:

• You have the rights to upload the content
• The content does not violate copyright, privacy, or any laws
• The content is not harmful, illegal, or abusive

We may remove content that violates these rules.

4. Storage & File Limits

Your account comes with a specific storage plan. If you exceed your limit or your subscription expires:

• Uploading may be temporarily disabled
• Galleries may be locked until payment is renewed
• Files may eventually be removed if you fail to take action after multiple warnings

We always notify you before deleting anything.

5. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled
• If payment fails, your account may be limited

You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Resvail to:

• Store or share illegal or harmful content
• Upload violent, abusive, or explicit material
• Spam or misuse our platform
• Interfere with service performance or security

Violation may result in immediate termination.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend parts of the platform for maintenance or improvements.

We are not liable for:

• Data loss caused by user actions
• Internet or network interruptions
• Actions from third-party providers (e.g., storage/CDN)

We do our best to keep your data safe and available at all times.

8. Third-Party Services

Resvail uses trusted third-party tools (e.g., storage, CDN, email services). By using Resvail, you agree to their involvement in delivering the service.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Break these terms
• Engage in fraud or abuse
• Violate copyright or legal rights

You may also delete your account at any time. Deleted accounts may lose all stored data.

10. Limitation of Liability

Resvail is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost data
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your maximum remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important. We only use your data to provide and improve the service. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
